How To Setup Automated Multi-Category Posting in WordPress Made Simple
👉 https://www.mycontentcreatorpro.com
What if every category on your WordPress blog had its own publishing plan?
Monday’s topic.
Tuesday’s topic.
Wednesday’s topic.
Already organized, with separate campaigns handling different parts of your website.
In this video, I show you automated multi-category posting in WordPress using My Content Creator Pro Elite. You’ll see how I organize category-based campaigns on my dog-training website and spread their weekly schedules across different days.
This is about giving each category its own content workflow, so you don’t have to manually start the same process every time you want another article.
MULTIPLE CATEGORIES → SEPARATE CAMPAIGNS → ONE ORGANIZED PLAN 🚀

I start by showing my dog-training website, then open the ChatGPT Autoblogging Campaigns dashboard inside WordPress.
Here’s the weekly category schedule you can see on screen:
• Monday: Dog Health & Nutrition
• Tuesday: Service Dog Training
• Wednesday: Advanced Dog Training
• Thursday: Anxiety Relief For Dogs
• Friday: Behavioral Dog Training
• Saturday: Puppy Behavior Management
• Sunday: Puppy Training
Each campaign is set to run once a week on its assigned day.
Together, those seven campaigns create a publishing plan across the week, with different categories getting their own attention.
You’re organizing content across several categories, with a separate topic and schedule for each campaign.
Instead of asking, “What am I going to write today?” you can prepare those decisions inside WordPress.
The dashboard shows the campaign title, post status, post category, publishing interval, and post count.
You can also see the Edit, Pause, View Logs, and Delete controls, along with the campaign status.

I also open a campaign’s settings so you can see what goes into the articles.
The settings shown include:
• A 2,200-word content-length target
• English language
• Educational writing style
• Persuasive writing tone
• SEO optimization enabled
• SEO Meta Generator enabled
• Automatic tags turned off
• FAQ generation enabled
• Conclusion generation enabled
• Smart / Automatic internal linking
• Three images inside the article
• ChatGPT as the image generation source
• YouTube video integration at the top of the page
These details matter because scheduling is only one part of publishing.
You also need to decide how the content should be written and what should appear with it.
When those preferences are part of the campaign, you don’t have to rebuild that setup for every new post.
The internal-linking setting also includes an explanation worth noticing.
Smart linking scales with article length. Existing links count toward the target, and irrelevant links aren’t forced.
For images, the campaign shown uses three article images. The featured image is created separately and doesn’t count toward that number.

Then I move beyond the campaign screens and open a published weight-loss diet article for dogs.
You can see the content on the website, including an image within the article, before I move into the WordPress editor.
Inside the editor, I show the FAQ content and the Yoast SEO area, including the focus keyphrase field.
That lets you connect the campaign setup with the finished content and the editing tools you use to review it.
For me, the benefit of a system like this is reducing the repeated decisions that can make blogging feel like a never-ending to-do list.
Which category needs a post?
What day should it run?
How should it be written?
What images and links should be included?
A category-based campaign gives those questions a home.
You still choose the direction of your website and review the results. The repetitive setup already has a plan.
As the Owner & Developer of My Content Creator Pro Elite, that’s the workflow I want to make easier.
Less starting over.
More organized publishing.
More time for videos, emails, customers, and other parts of the business.
If you’re looking for how to automate WordPress blog posting, schedule posts by category, or manage multiple AI autoblogging campaigns, this walkthrough shows the setup I use on my own website.
